Job Description:
Reserve Cut Hospitality Group is seeking a professional, service-driven Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and product knowledge. This is a fast-paced, upscale dining environment where precision, efficiency, and grace under pressure are essential.

Qualifications:

• Must have full availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays

• NYC hospitality experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits

• Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, organized bar

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Team-oriented with a passion for hospitality

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry, Private Member Club experience preferred.
• Michelin restaurant experience preferred
• Must have excellent knowledge of fine dining room and service procedures and functions
• Outstanding guest service skills
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be a team player/work well with others
• Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register and POS system
• Professional presentation and positive attitudeAbility to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• NYC Food Handlers Permit and TIPS certification preferred
