Job Description
10-4 Logistics USA is seeking an experienced Class A driver to operate a dedicated dry van account. This position provides a stable, predictable route with consistent miles and weekly pay. The account requires manual unloading of freight; drivers will be expected to assist with hand unloading.
Key responsibilities
Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on a dedicated route using dry van equipment.
Perform 100% manual unloads (driver assist) at customer locations in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate logs, shipping paperwork, and follow electronic logging device (ELD) and DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
Provide professional customer service and represent the company at customer sites.
Compensation
Pay rate: $0.70 to $0.74 per mile (experience-based).
Additional pay: $225 per trailer unload.
Average earnings: approximately $1,700 per week based on about 1,500 miles per week.
Schedule and home time
Home weekly or bi-weekly, depending on route and scheduling needs.
Dedicated account with consistent daily and weekly patterns to support work–life balance.

Regular payroll schedule and predictable earnings tied to mileage and unload pay.
~ Minimum qualifications
~ Valid Class A CDL and current medical certification.
~ Minimum age 21.
~ Ability to perform manual lifting and unloading as required by the account.
~ Meet company safety and motor vehicle record standards.
~ Compliance with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
~6 months OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months
~ OR
~ At least 12 OTR/Regional/Local T/T months in the past 5 years
~ Doubles Endorsement is helpful
