Panorama Community Magazine is seeking an Entry-Level Contract Manager to join our team in the Publishing Industry. As a Contract Manager, you will work full-time remotely, overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with vendors, freelancers, and clients
• Ensure contract terms and conditions are in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify contract requirements and objectives
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
• Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
