This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator Level 3 - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful administration and closeout of contracts across various programs. As a key player within the closeout team, you will provide strategic oversight while working collaboratively with a geographically dispersed group of professionals. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the efficiency of contract operations, supporting a culture of growth and development. Additionally, you will manage performance metrics and play a critical role in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position also offers the flexibility of remote work arrangements, creating a dynamic work environment.

Accountabilities

• Manage and administer contract closeouts to achieve Administratively Closed (ACL) status.
• Set strategic direction for the Contract Closeout organization.
• Support the Closure Team and promote a culture of growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead reporting and performance management of contract closeouts.
• Maintain accurate contract closeout tracking tools.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Produce actionable reporting on contracts nearing closure.
• Track final rates and manage prioritization as needed.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders on closeout matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience in contract closeouts OR Master's with 3+ years experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Federal Contracting Regulations.
• Experience in compliance audits and contract operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance eligibility required.
