- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring events are delivered within financial parameters while exceeding expectations.

- Lead and mentor a team of event professionals, fostering an environment of professionalism, creativity, and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to enhance event offerings and deliver quality experiences.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successful events.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivation.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
