Job Summary:
The Corporate Travel Agent will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Sabre GDS, with strong attention to detail and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange travel for business clients, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation.
Utilize Sabre GDS to book, ticket, and manage all travel components.
Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and company policies.
Build strong relationships with clients through reliable service and quick response times.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Corporate Travel Agent or similar role.
Proficiency with Sabre GDS - this is a must-have requirement.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to commute daily to office in Dallas, TX - this is an on-site position.
