As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding the perfect powersports vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle. Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a rapport and building trust. * Listen to customers' needs and preferences to determine the most suitable powersports vehicle for them. * Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of various models. * Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and warranties. * Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Requirements: * Previous sales experience a plus, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers. * A passion for powersports and a good understanding of different types of vehicles and their features. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
